We love animals and never test our products on animals, nor do our suppliers. We don't sell to countries which require mandatory animal testing. We're not owned by a parent company and we will never sell out to a parent company that tests on animals!

We'll always do what's best for your skin! All of our products are carefully formulated with gentle ingredients suitable for all skin types. For super sensitive skin, our sensitive superstars range is fragrance free and contains very gentle ingredients.

All of our ingredients have been carefully selected based on the available scientific evidence. We have avoided harsh ingredients such as SLS, drying alcohol and harsh fragrances as they can disrupt and damage skin.

All of our products are lovingly made to the highest standards here in the UK. We've sourced packaging and ingredients from suppliers close to home to minimise our carbon footprint.

Here are some of the ways we're minimising our impact:
♻️ All of our packaging is recyclable and can be recycled in your household recycling collection box!
📦 We only use FSC certified cardboard boxes and paper for packing materials, plus we use paper tape so all of our shipping materials are biodegradable!
♻️ We also offer a refill scheme for UK customers. When you've run out, send your empty packaging back to us (with a note of your email address) and we'll gift you a voucher to spend on your refill.
☀️ We only use energy generated from renewable sources to power WOW YOU HQ.
