I'm Ella and here's my partner Leo, together we're the co-founders of WOW YOU!

A few of you have been asking about how we started our company so I wanted to let you know the story behind our brand and why we created our range of naturally powered skincare!

In 2017 I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease, making me highly sensitive to gluten. This caused a huge change in diet and meant spending hours in the supermarket reading ingredients lists! 📄

Paying way more attention to something I’d previously taken for granted made me start to question not only what I was putting in my body, but what I was putting on it too!

Then my eczema flared up and the “sensitive” skincare products I tried to soothe it with just ended up irritating my skin further and when I read the ingredients I started to understand why!

Although aimed at helping sensitive skin, I found that they actually contained harsh ingredients and fragrances! I was really surprised by the number of ingredients that I couldn’t recognise or even pronounce.

Methyl-chloro-isothiazoli-what?! 😕

I became obsessed with researching clean skincare but really struggled to find products using natural actives and no harsh fragrances which were cruelty free and still within my price range!

Leo suggested to me, “Why don’t we create the skincare solution you’re looking for?” and it was a real light bulb moment for us! 💡

We set about creating & designing the affordable cruelty free skincare I wanted to use, focussing on naturally powerful actives and leaving out all the nasties (parabens, sulphates, drying alcohol & harsh synthetic fragrances).

WOW YOU! launched in August 2018 and we have been absolutely blown away by all the super positive feedback from our wonderful customers and followers since then. We are incredibly greatful for all your support! 🙏💕

We love helping you find the right products for your skin and we’re always happy to help out with your questions! I've struggled with my skin which has really helped me to understand and relate to that feeling of wanting to find high quality skincare that really works (without breaking the bank!)
